Who is running this and why.

The experiment is run by Irina Velez. Fifteen years in LATAM digital and AI strategy at Nokia and Claro across eleven countries; now based in San Francisco; building toward a thing that can plausibly be called Noa — but only if 100 founders confirm it.

This site exists for the discovery sprint. It runs from May 2 to May 17, 2026. After that, the experiment closes and whatever the data points to gets built — under a different surface.
